Paigow is a comparing card game played between the player and the
dealer. The goal of the game is to divide a seven-card hand into a
left hand with five cards and a right hand with two cards. The
pattern of the left hand must be higher than that of the right hand.
If each hand of the player is higher than that of the dealer
respectively, the player wins. If only one hand of the player is higher
than that of the dealer respectively, it is a tie, and the player's
bets are returned. In other cases the player loses.
Paigow is dealt from a shoe containing one deck of cards inclusive
of 52 cards plus one joker. The joker is a wild card which can be
used only as an ace, or to complete a straight, a flush or a straight
